While working as a photographer for major rock bands, MGV Sumerall captured of mages of Supermen who had no Kryptonite - they only sang about it! MGV had the opportunity to spend time with some of the biggest bands in the world at that time such as; 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, Puddle of Mudd, Saliva, 7 Mary 3 and Theory of a Deadman. Those experiences allowed him to write Forced To Be Here. Forced To Be here tells an intimate, at times dark, story of mental health and depression issues with thoughts of suicide and feelings of isolation through the lens of a rockstar, Ford Presley Nerlins, and his wife Jenny.
